I am Khen Mitchell aka Ken Mitchell and I’d like to introduce you to my brainchild Khenzart Designs (Khen’s Art Designs). I am an African American artist-writer- Designer-plantsman-D.I.Y.er and self-proclaimed Thrifter extraordinaire.  I have been drawing all my life but it has been only within the last ten years I’ve evolved and embraced my gift of painting.  My goal is to introduce you to beautiful passionate and vibrant creations of my personal interests and current domestic and national issues of the world.

I am compelled to bring life to subject matter that accentuates and array of today’s topics ranging from the joy and innocence of childhood, family, sports, nature, entertainment, spirituality, beauty/fashion/style,  praise to the creator , civil rights and civil liberties, recognition of trailblazers, and  giving honor and respect to our leaders and elders and ancestors.
